1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekeyorsparkplugwire(s).Engageparking
brake.
2.Removethelterfromtheventhose.
3.Insertanewlterintotheendoftheventhose.

Every500hoursthereafter

1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
allowenginetocool.Removekeyandengage
parkingbrake.
2.Locatethetwoltersunderthetransmissions.
Removelterguards.
3.Carefullycleanareaaroundlters.Itisimportant
thatnodirtorcontaminationenterhydraulic
system.
4.Unscrewlterstoremoveandallowoiltodrain
fromdrivesystem.
Important:Beforereinstallingnewlters,
applyathincoatofExmarkPremiumHydro
Oilonthesurfaceoftheltersrubberseal.
Turntheltersclockwiseuntilrubberseal
contactsthelteradapterthentightenthelter
anadditional3/4to1fullturn.
5.Removetheventplugoneachtransmissionand
llthroughexpansionreservoir,whenoilcomes
outofventreinstallplug.

enoughsupportormaymalfunctionallowing
theunittofall,whichcouldcauseinjury.
DoNotrelysolelyonmechanicalorhydraulic
jacksforsupport.Useadequatejackstands
orequivalentsupport.
7.Startengineandmovethrottlecontrolaheadto
1/2throttleposition.Disengageparkingbrake.
WARNING
Enginemustberunninganddrivewheels
mustbeturningsoadjustmentscanbe
performed.Contactwithmovingpartsorhot
surfacesmaycausepersonalinjury.
Keepngers,hands,andclothingclearof
rotatingcomponentsandhotsurfaces.
